A customer service desk is located in front of TK Maxx in the scheme for all enquiries and requests.
Wheelchair access & mobility services
The centre is wheelchair accessible and a limited number of wheelchairs are available on request for customers wishing to access one. To avail of a complimentary Wheelchair during your shopping trip to Rushmere, please contact Centre Managers office which is located next to The Post Office in the East Mall.

Electric charging point to accommodate hybrid vehicles is located in the retail park near Matalan
