FRAGRANCE CONSULTANT (30 HOURS WEEKLY)

We have a portfolio of market leading luxury fragrance brands, which includes: Gucci, Chloe, Marc Jacobs, Bottega Veneta Hugo Boss, and Calvin Klein & Lacoste.
Duties and Responsibilites:
- Acknowledge and greet all customers; offer friendly, prompt and courteous service
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Interface with exisiting customer base, and follow up with all customer enquiries
- Meet/exceed individual sales and support the goals of the fragrance team
- Track individual weekly and monthly sales, obtaining sales goals from the Area Manager
- Maintain positive relationship in store with fragrance team and store colleagues
- Communicate any merchandise/stock needs to the Store/Area Manager
- Ensure that all merchandise, testers and demonstration stations are maintained and set to company standard
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Demonstrates significant competency in sales, products and service
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Education and Experience:
- Cosmetic / fragrance experience desired
- Retail and sales experience essential
- A passion for customer service, fragrance and sales targets is essential
