At Hotel Chocolat we’re on a mission to make people and nature happy through chocolate. Everything we craft comes back to our mantra: ‘More Cacao, Less Sugar’. Our passion for cacao led us to purchase our own cacao farm on Saint Lucia over 20 years ago, and we’ve been working alongside fellow farmers to develop and instil gentle farming methods that are kind to both nature and farming families ever since.
